The Prince George County Parks and Recreation Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing the parks and recreational facilities within Prince George County, Virginia, founded in 2013.

The mission of the foundation is to enrich the lives of Prince George County residents by advocating for and providing financial support to enhance the quality and accessibility of parks and recreational opportunities.

We believe that well-maintained parks and recreational facilities contribute to the overall well-being of individuals and foster a sense of community pride. Since its creation, the foundation has helped to improve recreation in the county through various projects.

The Foundation helped fund the addition of bench covers to the soccer fields at Scott Park, as well as a handicap accessible swing and walkway in the playground.

The Parks and Recreation Foundation also acts as a fiscal agent for any World Series bound teams, in order to create a simple fundraising process for them.
